Dry battery: Carbon black has the characteristics of good conductivity and large micro surface area, which can promote electron transfer in the battery, increase the reaction rate and energy density of the electrode. At the same time, due to its good structural stability, it can also enhance the structural stability of the battery, prevent electrode materials from breaking and peeling during cyclic charging and discharging, and thus extend the service life of the battery.

Battery: Carbon black is an essential additive in the manufacturing process of lead-acid batteries. Its function is to increase the conductivity of the lead paste, improve the charging acceptance performance of the battery, and prevent the negative electrode of the battery from sulfating.

Microwave absorption: Acetylene black has high acid resistance and wear resistance, and has strong absorption ability for microwave, infrared, and visible light. At the same time, due to its excellent conductivity and electromagnetic shielding function. Therefore, it plays an important role in the application and research of microwave absorbing materials.

Tire capsule: used for vulcanization of tires, filling the inside of the capsule with compressed air, nitrogen, or superheated water during operation. Stretch and support the tire preform to vulcanize the tire. The addition of acetylene black can significantly improve the thermal conductivity of the capsule and increase the vulcanization efficiency.

Conductive rubber: It is a silicone rubber mixed with conductive particles, used in keyboards, buttons, and other applications that require bottom conductive contact points, photocopier rollers, wire connecting tubes, or electromagnetic shielding. Acetylene black is widely used in the conductive silicone industry due to its excellent conductivity.
